Board RoomJoin for an interactive session on how children grow, think, and change from infancy through adolescence. Learn what drives common behaviors, why challenges evolve, and how to respond REGISTER
Flow & Grow is an interactive workshop presented by Chicago Doula and is designed to help parents and caregivers better understand how children grow, think, and change at different stages of development—from infancy through adolescence. Participants will learn what’s happening beneath the surface of common behaviors, why challenges shift as children grow, and how to adjust their responses with more confidence and clarity.
We will cover:
- The four major stages of child development and what they look like in everyday life
- Why certain behaviors are common (and expected) at different ages
- How to connect with and support children as their needs change
- Ways to respond to challenges with empathy, structure, and confidence
Registration for Niles-Maine District Library card holders or students in our district begins February 20, 2026 and open to all starting March 1, 2026.
