Shakespeare Project of Chicago theatrical reading of King Lear by William Shakespeare. Directed by Michelle Shupe.

At The Shakespeare Project of Chicago, we believe that the essence of a transformative Shakespearean experience lies in making his words both comprehensible and impactful. Our storytelling remains truthful, straightforward, whimsical, poetic, lyrical, at times challenging, but always universal. Our talented artists deliver performances that are intimate and deeply emotionally engaging, showcasing Shakespeare at its finest. The theatrical reading: not just more, but so much more.

Intro begins before 7pm so show up early!
