In this 4- part series, make a small quilt from start to finish. Learn rotary cutting, machine piecing and hand quilting. Basic sewing skills required.
In the first class, you will learn about the quilter's tools, tool safety and how to check a 1/4" seam. Then you'll choose fabric and began cutting strips and sewing them together. We will also learn about pressing seams.
For the second class, you will cut your strips and learn how to piece them together to create a quilt block.
In the third class, you will learn how to make a quilt sandwich, mark your quilt and begin hand quilting.
Finally, you will make, attach and machine sew your binding to your quilt and finish with hand stitching.
Must register for all four classes.
