As someone who works in the field of early childhood, are you able to stop and take care of yourself? When you are able to take time for you, begin to recognize and think about your own stressors, you are better able to care for others around you. Learn about how stress and burnout can impact your daily life and walk away with practical ways to utilize self-care techniques to cope and manage the stress in your life.
