Learn video editing basics from professionals including how to import footage, basics of video editing, and export best practices.

Whether you're creating viral social media videos for TikTok or simply putting together short clips for a PowerPoint presentation, video editing is becoming a vital skill in today's video-centric environment! This course taught by professional video editors covers basics including how to import footage, basic video editing techniques, and how to deliver video in the best format for your intended platform. This course will be taught in iMovie, but the skills covered can translate to Premiere Pro, CapCut, TikTok, Sony Vegas, AVID, and other video editing software. Bring your own device with iMovie installed or borrow an iPad from the library for this course.
