This in-person movement workshop is for people with and without disabilities. We believe that everyone can dance and that dance is for everyone. Within each of us lies creative potential for movement.
MOMENTA is a physically-integrated dance company based in Oak Park. In addition to producing multiple dance performances per year, MOMENTA hosts monthly inclusive workshops for people with and without disabilities. EveryBody Can Dance is a creative movement workshop that uses structured improvisation and dance games to build community as we work together to explore everyone's creative potential for movement.
